Your Task
You advise our internal customers on the conception and implementation of new working methods using existing and planned technical means. You check and analyze technical requirements with regard to their feasibility, document and communicate them. You analyze our customers’ business processes and create pragmatic specialist concepts and decision templates.
- Identify, communicate, prioritize and specify requirements and manage requirements changes
- Analyze, model, verify and validate business processes/business cases
- Check the proposed or implemented solution to see whether it meets the identified requirements
- Analyze existing problems/opportunities, performance potential and skills gaps and design approaches and scope of solutions in order to outline possible IT solutions
- Assess the reusability of requirements, optimize business processes and increase their efficiency
