Holland Watch Group was founded in 1992 under the name Squiggly Trading B.V. and initially traded in collectable Swatch watches. In 1995, the company took an important step by selling these Swatch watches online. By 2004, the company had developed its own software for managing online watch stores. This led to the birth of www.watch.uk.com, a globally operating watch webshop.
