Job Description

Dutch Technical Support Specialist

Location: Dublin
Position: Permanent

Our Client provides outsourced customer service and technical support and are looking for Dutch speaking Technical Support Specialists. Our Client emphasises their belief in encouraging and helping their staff to flourish in the company and allow for employees to progress.

Role:

You will provide top quality support to customers surrounding hardware and software issues by means of email, phone and social media.
You will use a ticket system to document calls from customers as well as using internal systems.
You will consistently maintain the company’s quality standards.
You will have individual and team targets that you will work towards.
You will aim to resolve the customers’ technical issues within a single phone call.
You will gain a deep understanding of the clients’ processes and products.

Requirements:

You will be Fluent in Dutch and English.
You will be interested in consumer electronics as well as have experience with devices that are enabled by WIFI.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will have excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
You will have strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
You will have an interest in learning about new technology and be a quick learner.
You will have a strong understanding of technical issues relating to products, platforms and smartphone applications.
