As a Technical QA Team Lead  you will own the design & development of QA including the test automation framework within the team. Working with a specialised team of Developers and Quantitative Analysts, you will be responsible for the leading Quality Assurance across the implementation of highly innovate sports betting models and the development of industry leading automations.

You will provide technical input along with guidance & support for all aspects of testing, working closely with the QA Engineer Specialists, leading and mentoring them to achieve stability, maintainability and scalability of the product. You will also collaborate with our Test Architect to drive and input into the testing architectural solutions and be the voice of your direct reports.

You should have:

  • Substantial knowledge on industry-wide quality, TDD/BDD/ATDD, Agile testing processes and practices, tools and techniques
  • Ability to write integration and UI tests
  • Experience mentoring / coaching
  • Proven development experience, ideally in C#, Java experience also welcome
  • Proficiency in building automation frameworks
  • Advanced experience with test automation tools and strategies
  • Demonstrable experience implementing test strategies
  • Ownership of tasks
  • Advanced experience with WPF/Windows Desktop automation
  • Experience using Team City / Octo Deploy / Stash / Jira / Visual Studio
  • ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
  • Experience using TestLeft preferred
  • Continuous Integration/Delivery –experience using industry wide tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo
  • Advanced understanding of testing desktop applications
  • Experience writing unit tests
  • Ability to lead through influencing & coaching
