We are Stryber - a leading strategy boutique & company builder. We help our clients to launch new digital ventures from scratch (and fix the strategy behind it).

We build web/mobile prototypes and MVPs to test and iterate business ideas quickly in the market. Later, we scale and grow the most promising ones to let them become leading solutions in their market.

Simple click-dummies, rapid MVPs, and sophisticated deep-tech (SaaS) solutions, we have a variety of start-up projects ahead of us in industries like e-commerce, logistics, health and fintech.

What to expect as a (Senior) Data Scientist

- Defining the data infrastructure at Stryber and laying the groundwork for our future data science team
- Supporting different international venture projects with key insights, while your key stakeholders in product and growth sitting next to you in Munich
- Developing and maintaining consistent tracking and data acquisition with digital analytics solutions
- Proactive identifying portfolio-wide improvement potential and translation into specific business questions
- Compiling datasets by querying databases and running analyses to answer your business questions
- Developing hypotheses and testing them by analyzing the required data; modeling statistical models to prove or reject hypotheses
- Support and training of the venture operations teams in interpreting data and using digital analytics tools as well as our yet-to-be-built data warehouses


- Full-time availability (explicitly: no part-time or freelance)
- You hold a Master degree with outstanding academic results (preferably in the field of economics, statistics, computer science or natural science)
- Relevant working experience in the fields of data and analytics, ideally in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Besides being an expert in Excel, you are proficient in SQL and know Python, R or another language for data preparation and analysis – experience in machine learning is a plus
- Good knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and BigQuery, Mixpanel, Heap, Mode Analytics or Tableau
- Excellent analytical and strong communication skills as well as a hands-on mentality
- Fluency in English and basic German skills (>A2)
