You already have 2 to 3 years of practical experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master and are qualified accordingly.

• You will bring enthusiasm for Agile values and skills in Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, XP and Lean.
• You are a strong communicator and have solid presentation and coaching skills to resolve functional, methodological, and technical issues.
• You are solution-oriented and are prepared to constantly look for new and creative approaches.
• You ideally have experience in project management, or in product management, in software development, or in quality management.
• You are curious and open and enjoy tasks in change management and in organizational development.
• You have skills in frameworks for scaling Agile development.
• You have very good language skills in German and English.

You will be responsible for collaboration, communication and transparency in and between teams and organization units.

• You will ensure the teams work in an autonomous and process-oriented way, in doing so ensuring that the Sprint goals are met.
• You will motivate teams to increase their independence and to achieve high-quality results.
• You will be responsible for the implementation and further development of Agile methods.
• You will be responsible for coaching several development teams.
• You will ensure the performance of the team constantly improves by using Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
