TASKS
Your tasks?
As our first Scrum Master, your main task is to implement Scrum and agile methods within our platform team. In addition, you analyze the strength of each team member and distribute the corresponding tasks. This will lead to a restructuring of the assigned tasks and increase efficiency in day-to-day business. Furthermore, you will also support and coach several cross-functional, task-based product teams outside of the product / platform team and bring an agile structure into our company with your sound knowledge.
PROFILE
Your profile:
In-depth professional experience as a certified Scrum Master in collaboration with several cross-functional product teams within a rapidly growing environment
Sound knowledge of agile principles, values ​​and methods
Pronounced coaching skills and the competence to solve interpersonal conflicts
Pronounced experience in the analysis of strength profiles of the team members, as well as the assignment of tasks as a conclusion
A precise, structured and clear mind with the heart in the right place and the enthusiasm to advance the team and our product
A university degree in industrial engineering, business informatics or similar courses
Very good knowledge of English and German
