Job Description

COMPANY
Lidl requires a SAP HCM Support technician for the European Centre of Excellence (CoE) based in its headquarters in Barcelona province, to provide support at an international level.

POSITION
The candidate for this position will be responsible for providing professional support at international level for SAP HCM systems and customized HR applications based on HCM.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
ü Troubleshooting incidents and providing solutions.
ü Completing standard requests.
ü Customizing (selected transactions in PT, PA and user maintenance).
ü User maintenance.
ü Transport management.
ü Project support (testing).
ü Escalation management.

REQUIREMENTS
ü Experience in IT support (1st/2nd/3rd level).
ü Very nice to have experience in HCM or other SAP module.

SKILLS
ü Team player.
ü Positive attitude and willingness to learn new topics.

EDUCATION
Technical background/education / IT knowledge.

LANGUAGES
ü Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

SALARY
Salary to be discussed with candidates.
