Tasks and Responsibilities

◾Supporting the sales team in development and production of sales collaterals and presentations and keeping up-to date CRM and Marketing tools
◾Preparing and organizing local Marketing events for target customers
◾Assisting in Lead Generation and scheduling of prospect meetings
◾Maintaining Tenders, RFP and RFI process handling
◾Responsible for the establishment and evolution of our sales collateral repository (presentations, offers, tools used in the sales process)
◾In charge of aligning and cooperating with other departments within Avaloq such as Marketing, Solution Consulting and Product Management

Knowledge, Skills and Education

◾Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Finance; or equivalent commercial education
◾Fluent German and English language skills are an absolute must; French or Italian is a big plus
◾Around 2-3 years of work experience with profound experience and expertise in making professional presentations in a complex B2B environment in or for financial institutions (e.g., consultancies, or advertising agency)
◾Graduates with proven internship experience in the requested fields are also welcome
◾Excellent service orientation
◾Expert knowledge and proven experience in using PowerPoint and other presentation tools to produce top customer grade presentations, as well as expert skills in MS Word and MS Excel
◾Analytical and structured mindset, high level of attention to details, very organized personality
◾Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills
◾Committed, flexible, independent and positive attitude to work
