Full-timeQuality Assurance Engineer
Job opportunity: Full-time Quality Assurance Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in testing both back- and front- end systems. If you are passionate about great software development and care about the quality of your work and improve that of others, come join our team!
We’ve build an efficient and scalable platform based on Node.js that allows commercial electric vehicles to drive 25% further. We manage the energy consumption of vehicles from the cloud, in doing this we apply the newest web technologies. We have landed large national and international projects all around the world. As market leader in Europe and the US, we just opened our second office in California beginning this year.
In this rapidly growing market, the challenge lies on the one hand in efficiently scaling up while maintaining a stable platform, while on the other we are also continuously developing new features for our customers.
You will be part of a dedicated team of developers and will report directly to the CTO. Your focus as the Quality Assurance Engineer is maintaining the quality of our software and development processes through test automation. One of your main responsibilities is solving and managing the bugs reported by management or directly from our customers. Other tasks are setting up roll-out and release management and monitoring the performance by defining KPI’s. It is your job to act as a catalyst for change to improve the overall performance and quality of our platform. Your position will be key in enabling the company to grow faster.

We started 5 years ago and we have grown from a small startup into an ambitious scale-up with nearly 30 employees. Our ambition is high but the atmosphere in our team is informal and relaxed. Everyone feels responsible for success, and works with a high level of autonomy. Our office is armed with a foosball (tafelvoetbal) and a ball pit (ballenbak) resulting in hilarious Friday afternoon drinks (VrijMiBo).
