About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and talented Brand Partnership Coordinator to work with our VP of Partnerships to develop strategic alliances that drive incremental sales, reduce member churn, and elevate brand awareness.

You will join a talented marketing team who work on an array of brand initiatives together. WeWork is a fast and challenging environment and you will be expected to go above and beyond to create transformative partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Execute detailed marketing plans with partnership team that drive sales, member retention goals, and secondary partner opportunities
Work with VP of Partnerships to support expansion plans and develop partner programs for new markets
Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to optimize WeWork partnership strategy for potential and existing members.
Manage partnership P&L – sales of desks, tours, member retention, real estate opportunities, sponsorship dollars raised
On-going management of strategic partnerships. Continually evaluate and manage performance metrics
Proactively communicate with brand, agency and communications to maximize partnership press opportunities
Work with community teams to identify and negotiate local brand partnerships, trade associations & non-profits
Work with VP of Partnerships & sales team to prospect, develop and close appropriate partnerships
Consult with partners to understand their customer base to help optimize partnership constructs

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in strategic/partnership marketing field
Experience in media, brand, and or agencies required.
Demonstrated success in driving the new business process from concept, sales, and execution
Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Self-starter, will take initiative to drive new business development
Professional demeanor in dealing with clients and co-workers
Excellent writing and communication skills
4 year college Degree
