Inspiring a contact with a suitable solution and winning as a customer makes your heart beat faster? We are looking for a New Business Manager who is charming, convincing and structured. And juggling with numbers as confidently as with words.

You are responsible for our New Biz: You acquire new customers and organize pitches and tenders from research to performance evaluation. From time to time you also write a reference or present our service portfolio. You know immediately what a potential customer wants, how you can help him and what solution will set him up well in the future. Thanks to you there is no request, no customer with a question back. You have an overview of all internal sales activities and tools, and always keep an eye on the competition and the market.


Generation of new business with new customers / cold calling
Lead in tenders and pitches in collaboration with your pitch team of creatives, developers and management
Product sales
Development of targeted sales campaigns
Creation of sales documents


Study of economics or business informatics or commercial education with appropriate professional experience
Knowledge about the range of services of digital agencies from strategic consulting to the development of digital products to marketing
First experience in pre-sales, account management, sales and solution sales
Technical know-how and affinity for online trends
Safe, customer-oriented appearance, organizational talent and competitiveness
Joy of challenges


Agency experience
Experience in the areas of content creation and/or campaigning
Knowledge in the field of marketing automation
