About the Role:

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager, Europe + Israel to join the Marketing organization at WeWork Europe + Israel Headquarters in London. You must be passionate about digital acquisition marketing, highly analytical and experienced in making data-driven decisions to help a business grow.

It is important for candidates to have hands-on experience managing large SEM, Display and Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms, countries, and languages. The ideal candidate will have strong international experience and will have owned a budget in excess of $5MM/year.

Questions you frequently ask yourself include: What users should we be targeting in marketing? How can we reach more of those users? How do we optimize the marketing message to achieve optimal performance? What is the value of those users and how do we get more value from them? Where do additional opportunities for growth exist? Candidates with a strong analytical skill-set (Advanced Excel, R, Python, Tableau, or other statistical programming language) are preferred.


Launch and manage SEM and Display advertising campaigns across various platforms (AdWords, Bing Ads, GDN, Doubleclick, RTB, retargeting, etc) and in multiple countries and languages
Create, manage, optimize and report on social ad campaigns
Translate customer persona data to determine audience segmentations to be used to make marketing more effective
Drive innovation in process, automation, and scalability of WeWork’s SEM and Display advertising programs
Work with various teams and functions (Brand, Expansion, International, Sales, Digital Web, and Engineering) to execute online marketing initiatives and tasks
Own and maintain roadmap to drive growth and meet business KPIs and goals
Analyze performance metrics and use the insights you gain to make optimizations that improve return on ad spend (ROAS)
Analyze web trends, site conversion rates, and ad campaigns to determine most effective marketing spend allocation
Determine actionable optimizations from performance of ongoing marketing campaigns


4-5 years experience in a hands-on role managing more than one of the following: AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini, GDN, retargeting, programmatic/RTB
Experience with Social Campaign Management, including Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, etc. in order to optimize marketing ROI
Familiarity with Marketing platforms (Marin, Kenshoo), Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Omniture) and/or CRMs
Deep understanding of web-based data and metrics and track record of distilling actionable insights from data
Passion for using data to influence marketing decisions and grow a business
Strong analytical skills and business knowledge
Self-motivated and a genuine desire to learn new skills
Some exposure to landing page optimizations and related A/B, multivariate testing processes
