Lidl requires IT Support Specialists (many vacancies) for IT Services Desk, based in its headquarters in Barcelona province, to provide support at an international level.

Posición
The candidate (many vacancies) will be responsible for providing professional support at international level for It Servicedesk Department.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshooting incidents and providing solutions - incident management.
• Completing standard requests.
• Customizing.
• User maintenance.
• Transport management.
• Project support (testing).
• Escalation management.
• Keyuser support.

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in IT support (1st/2nd/3rd level).

SKILLS
• Team player.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new topics.

EDUCATION
Technical background/education/IT knowledge.

LANGUAGES
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• At least medium level of German (written and spoken).

SALARY
Gross annual salary around 27.000 – 30.000€.
