Bonial.com operates the leading location based shopping platform worldwide, with a complementary portfolio of brands and products to connect shoppers with their favourite local stores and brands. Reaching 25 million users each month, our brands focus on all stages of the shopping journey: discovering deals, following favourite stores, creating shopping lists and ultimately making a trip to the store.
Handle tasks involving user management, automated printer management, software installation, license and inventory management, as well as security-related topics.
Support other departments by offering excellent 1st Level Support.
Document the processes and implement solutions that will become the future best practices throughout the company.
Continuously improve our working environment by automating standard tasks and improving efficiency. If possible, you will try to utilize pre-existing tools for this (e.g. Puppet). Otherwise, you can suggest new and better-suited approaches.
Practical experience in User Helpdesk or IT Support.
Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OSX
Basic knowledge in Linux Administration
You should take pride in achieving a high service level.
Ideally you are also experienced with ITIL Service processes
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Good skills in spoken and written English
