About the Role

WeWork is currently seeking a Junior Associate for the Enterprise Sales Team. This full time position is based in London and will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales Development. This individual will be responsible for working with the enterprise sales & deal teams to support our growth with high growth businesses & the Fortune 1000 community. This is a stepping stone to join one of the fastest growing & most dynamic divisions within Wework.

As a successful Junior Associate, your primary responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to):

Based in our London HQ offices, you will be working to support our key Enterprise teams, including sales, deal reams & member success
Supporting our events (conferences, receptions, marketing) by coordinating between Enterprise, events, marketing and our members
Support enterprise sales and operations strategy targeting the Fortune 1000 community at global events
Coordinate member requests between enterprise team & other teams at Wework across the globe
Help support, improve & streamline the sales processes


Work closely with enterprise deal leads & team to develop targeted account list, outbound strategy, and marketing material to increase our enterprise pipeline
Keeping our client info and deal info up to date via Salesforce and other CRM related programs
Research and build new and existing accounts ( i.e adding contacts, sending enterprise newsletter, demand from events, and coordinating strategic meetings)
Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets
Help on tours with prospective members
Communicate the WeWork brand and lifestyle to the enterprise community, to highlight our culture enhancing benefits to corporate organizations
Get involved in a range of projects and duties that are required by the enterprise team


Bachelor’s Degree
6 months – 1 year experience in a dynamic and fast paced job
Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM Salesforce a bonus
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit – WeWork is growing incredibly quickly, meaning each employee will be given significant responsibility and autonomy. Experience and Requirements

College graduate with a four year degree preferred, but not required
Customer service and/or sales experience a plus
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
Passion for entrepreneurial communities
Passion and understanding for WeWork’s mission and values
Proficient in basic computer skills
