Full-time Customer Success Manager (EdTech)

Job Description

This is an opportunity for a proactive, hands-on, organisation wizard or wizardess to help shape the Customer Success team, introduce new and better processes and programmes, and generally get things ship-shape!

The team’s focus is to provide support to a large number of new and existing customers all year round, from helping with queries, quotes and demos, to visiting them in school and working with our product team to improve the product - all the while iterating, learning and improving the processes. All of our schools have different needs and different ways of working - we know all of them in some capacity but we would like to know them even better! This is a busy role and one that is pivotal to the success of the business.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer success, capable of handling large numbers of customers while keeping things personal and excited about contributing to the success of students and teachers.

Tassomai’s vision is to be an indispensable education tool for everyone. Our focus is to support teaching and learning in secondary science by making sure students learn in a more efficient and effective way, and by giving schools, teachers and parents the tools to help. We want to ‘level the playing field’ for those students without access to private tuition.

Tassomai’s school customer base has grown significantly over the last couple of years and we need to realign our customer-facing team to ensure we are supporting new and existing customers alike. By being a part of our School Relationships team, not only will you be helping us build bigger and better partnerships with existing schools, but you’ll be helping us improve the lives of teachers and students around the uk.
