As our IT project manager here at Bonial International you will be at the forefront of our IT strategy working closely with many different teams, tackling interesting and complex tasks.

The projects will be almost entirely based within the world of IT with the occasional step out of this world. Due to the nature of this position, you will not belong to one specific team but be involved with many so being a strong self-starter and driven is a must-have here.

As IT Project manager you will be adept at motivating people and seeing the project goals and understanding and planning the road it takes to reach them, and of course, dealing with any bumps that might happen along the way!

You are going to be someone that enjoys digging into diverse topics and understanding people’s behaviours to create an optimal working environment. This is a role we expect to grow along with the company, so you will be someone that has a very strong understanding of product strategy who can forge strong links and collaborate with the Sales, IT, Finance and product teams.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Informatics or equivalent
– 2+ years of industry experience
– A project/product management background that has had a focus on technical understanding
– Strong attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills English is a must any German would also be beneficial
– Highly motivated to deliver amazing solutions on business issues
– Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team
