Tech Lead Back Teams (80% remote)

Would you be interested in continuing your development as a Backend Technical Team Lead at a leading multinational telecommunications and communications service provider in Europe and Africa?

At Oxigent Technologies we are recruiting a TECHNICAL TEAM LEAD BACKEND  to join a multinational company located in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid).

What will your main responsibilities be?
•     Managing backend solution deployments on the TV platform.
•     Coordinating with people from other teams.
• Monitoring project timings and planning deployments.
•    Liaising with technical and management teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
•     You won’t be directly programming , but sufficient technical knowledge is required to lead the backend.

To do this, what will you need?
•     5 years of experience in similar positions
•    Fluent English 
• Knowledge of APIs and Linux Servers
• Knowledge of Oracle and Mongo DB 
• Knowledge of F5 
• Familiarity with Python and Bash scripting
• Soft skills: communication and team management
