Your mission

As our Senior Performance Marketing Specialist – Paid Social, you’ll step into a role with purpose, growth, and real impact.
You’ll join our Marketing team, where your work will shape the performance of our global paid social channels and directly influence Carly’s mission to empower car owners worldwide.
Your contributions in strategy, execution, and analytics will be highly trusted and celebrated — all in an environment that values authenticity, inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Your responsibilities
  • Own and optimize Paid Social channels (META, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, and more) to meet revenue targets
  • Lead campaign execution end-to-end — from financial planning to analysis — ensuring learnings are well documented
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance across all push marketing channels; proactively intervene to mitigate risk or maximize opportunity
  • Partner closely with creative and internationalization teams to align creative assets and messaging with audience insights
  • Develop detailed contingency plans for underperformance, ensuring agility without sacrificing growth goals
  • Define KPIs, benchmarks, and tracking structure for Paid Social; perform analytical deep dives and coach others on tools and data interpretation
  • Act as a strategic voice in stakeholder communications, delivering visually engaging updates and performance overviews
Your profile
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Paid Social channels
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale paid campaigns and hitting ROAS goals across multiple platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in web analytics, KPI definition, and reporting structures
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with creative and international teams
  • Comfort with strategic planning and high ownership in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to present clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience leading or mentoring freelancers, agencies, or small teams
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and A/B testing tools
  • Fluency in English -German is a plus.
