EY Consulting nos dividimos en dos grandes áreas: Business Consulting y Technology Consulting. Desde Business Consulting realizamos proyectos de estrategia de negocio, optimización de procesos y gestión del cambio. En Technology Consulting desarrollamos soluciones vinculadas a las áreas de Big Data & Analytics, Cyberseguridad, SAP, Automatización de procesos de negocio (RPA, NLP…), entorno Cloud, etc.

En la actualidad necesitamos integrar un RPA Consultant para participar en proyectos de alta complejidad tecnológica y en un entorno internacional.

Lo que estamos buscando:

• + 2 años de experiencia en proyectos de Automatización Inteligente.
• Experiencia en proyectos con procesos desplegados en entornos productivos.
• Conocimiento y experiencia en el ciclo de vida completo RPA.
• Conocimiento de las buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
• Dominio de UiPath Studio, Orchestrator y Robot.
• Conocimiento sólido de frameworks de automatización.
• Altos conocimientos en SQL.
• Conocimiento y uso de servicios web.
• Conocimientos en otros lenguajes de programación (C#, VBA, Phyton).
• Capacidad para comunicarse en diferentes registros según la naturaleza de los interlocutores.
• Fuertes habilidades analíticas y organizativas, y la capacidad de manejar múltiples proyectos de alta prioridad y cumplir con los plazos.
• Experiencia en metodologías ágiles, preferiblemente como parte de un equipo SCRUM.
• Graduados en Ingenierías técnicas. Idealmente informática, telecomunicaciones, pero también valorables: mecánica, industrial, eléctrica, electrónica.

Deseable:

• Experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital en sector público, salud y hotelero.
• Experiencia como arquitecto de soluciones impulsando valor a través de la automatización.
• Certificaciones de UiPath (Automation Developer Professional, Automation Solution Architect Professional).
• Conocimiento en el uso del WorkFlow Analyzer.
• Conocimientos en otros SW RPA (Microsoft Power Automate, BluePrism).
• Manejo de la herramienta AzureDevOps.
• Entendimiento de otras tecnologías de automatización como IDP/OCR.
• Comprensión de tecnologías BPM.

Responsabilidades:

• Realizar assesments de procesos para identificar oportunidades de automatización, incluyendo la preparación de documentación funcional y técnica.
• Analizar y estimar con precisión nuevos procesos, evaluando rápidamente la viabilidad.
• Desarrollar y desplegar flujos de trabajo automatizados utilizando UiPath.
• Optimizar procesos de RPA para mejorar la eficiencia.
• Mantener y solucionar problemas de los automatismos desplegados en entornos productivos.
• Asegurar la calidad de los procesos automatizados.
• Definir y ejecutar los casos de test, corroborando su alineación con los requisitos definidos.

EY Consulting is divided into two main areas: Business Consulting and Technology Consulting. Business Consulting focuses on business strategy, process optimization, and change management. Technology Consulting develops solutions related to Big Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, SAP, Business Process Automation (RPA, NLP, etc.), Cloud environments, and more.

Currently, we need to integrate an RPA Consultant to participate in projects of high technological complexity and in an international environment.

What we are looking for:

• + 2 years of experience in Intelligent Automation projects.
• Experience in projects with processes deployed in production environments.
• Knowledge and experience in the complete RPA lifecycle.
• Knowledge of good development practices.
• Mastery of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Robot .
• Solid knowledge of automation frameworks .
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge and use of web services.
• Knowledge of other programming languages ​​(C#, VBA, Python ).
• Ability to communicate in different registers depending on the nature of the interlocutors.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in agile methodologies, preferably as part of a SCRUM team.
• Graduates in technical engineering. Ideally computer science, telecommunications, but also valued: mechanical, industrial, electrical, electronic.

Desirable:

• Experience in digital transformation projects in the public, health and hospitality sectors.
• Experience as a solutions architect driving value through automation.
• UiPath Certifications (Automation Developer Professional, Automation Solution Architect Professional).
• Knowledge of the use of the Workflow Analyzer.

• Perform process assessments to identify automation opportunities, including the preparation of functional and technical documentation.
• Analyze and accurately estimate new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
• Develop and deploy automated workflows using UiPath.
• Optimize RPA processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automation systems deployed in production environments.
• Ensuring the quality of automated processes.
• Define and execute test cases, verifying their alignment with the defined requirements.
