newcomers connect with local communities, find housing, join events, access relocation
and visa services, and integrate smoothly into a new country. With fast-growing
communities across Spain (Alicante, Valencia, Barcelona) and expansion plans for Europe
and beyond, we’re building the go-to lifestyle ecosystem for the international generation.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Co-Founder & CFO to lead our
fundraising, financial planning, and investor strategy. You’ll work closely with the Founder
and leadership team to secure early-stage capital, manage financial operations, and help
scale the business sustainably. This is a hands-on co-founder role — ideal for someone
who loves startups, understands growth dynamics, and thrives in fast-moving, global
environments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fundraising efforts — from identifying investors and preparing pitch decks to
  managing due diligence and closing rounds
• Build and manage financial models, forecasts, and performance dashboards
• Develop pricing, revenue, and business models for relocation, community, and
  partnership products
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and investor reporting
• Coordinate with legal and tax partners to ensure financial compliance in Spain and
  across Europe
• Advise the leadership team on strategic financial decisions and capital allocation
• Build relationships with angel investors, VCs, and strategic partners
• Help structure and execute equity or convertible investment deals

What You Bring

• Experience in startup finance, fundraising, or venture capital — ideally with
  early-stage companies
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (for investors and partners)
• Strategic mindset — able to connect numbers to vision and growth
• Familiarity with EU business structures, fundraising, and grants is a plus
• Passion for entrepreneurship, travel, and the expat/digital nomad space
• Willingness to join as a co-founder on an equity-only basis during the initial growth
  phase
