I’m Kane Morgan, Marketing Manager at Patches Maker, and a good part of my work revolves around understanding what riders actually expect from custom biker patches. Not the polished, showroom version—but the real thing that ends up on leather, exposed to weather, miles, and wear. That difference matters more than people think.

I work closely with clubs and independent riders, often stepping in early when ideas are still rough. Some bring detailed layouts. Others describe a feeling or a symbol they want to carry. My role is to help shape that into something practical, something that holds its presence once it’s stitched and worn. There’s a certain weight to biker patches—you don’t get that right by rushing.

I pay attention to structure, scale, and how designs sit on a vest. A back patch isn’t just artwork; it’s identity, hierarchy, and pride, all in one piece. That’s why I keep things direct, honest, and grounded in what works on the road, not just on paper.

For me, it’s less about pushing a service and more about making sure what we create earns its place. If it doesn’t feel right when it’s finished, it’s not ready. Simple as that.
